Billy lived in a mellow home. He is social with humans and other cats. He is shy. It will take some time for him to warm up to you, but it will be well worth it, as he’s incredibly kind and will want to be loved and petted. When it comes to other cats, he’s more of a follower than a leader, just looking for a solid friend or two. I became aware that I was allergic to cats, and over time, my symptoms have intensified. It pains me, but I do think a new loving home is best for him.
