Dear Marin Humane Community,
First, we’re deeply grateful for the many emails, phone calls, and posts checking on the animals and our staff.
Please know that all the animals in our care are safe and sound! Some went to our amazing foster homes and some are being cared for at the shelter by our Animal Care staff and Veterinary team.
We’re also delivering a month’s worth of pet food and supplies to low-income pet guardians throughout the county, and we’re still responding, 24-7, to animal emergencies.
But with the cancellation of our education programs, training classes, adoptions, spay/neuter surgeries, and most other revenue sources, it’s going to be a long, rough road to ensuring we can care for every animal who comes through our doors.
Your support has truly never been needed more.
Whether you’re able to give $50 to keep a cat or dog in their home through our Pet Safety Net program, $100 to support the food and medicine for a shelter animal, or a gift of any size, your support will help us make sure every animal is taken care of through this crisis and beyond.
Thank you again for your support during these unprecedented times. Stay safe!
